Week Three

Week Three

This term our focus for Problem Based Learning is around Keeping Healthy, in particular we will be focusing on mental health. This week we will be investigating what is mental health and what can influences our mental health both positively and negatively. A big part of this will be exploring our feelings and how outside influences can affect how we feel.

In writing we will be focusing on descriptive writing, ensuring that we are making good language choices and are developing our ideas so that we are "showing" the reader not "telling" them what is happening. Ask your child to share with you what they have been writing about.

For maths this week we are attending a range of workshops to help us with our understanding of shape and transformation in geometry.
